1. CANCELLATIONS
1.1 Bookings within 90 days of travel date: In the event that you are unable to travel or change your mind we do not offer refunds or credits.
1.2.Bookings outside of 90 days of travel date: In the event that you are unable to travel or change your mind we do not offer refunds but will provide credit available for future travel.
2. REFUNDS
2.1 Deposits paid to secure bookings are non-refundable.
2.2.Balance Payments are non-refundable, balances may be transferable as a credit to future bookings at our discretion.
2.3 We do not offer refunds to Passengers who:
a) do not show up and fail to board the Coach they have booked to travel on.
b) have been refused travel or removed from the coach.
2.4. Bookings confirmed and subsequently requested to be cancelled within 90 days are subject to 100% cancellation fees.
2.5 Bookings confirmed and subsequently requested to be cancelled outside 90 days are non-refundable and will be provided credit available for future travel.
