What size coaches do you have?
Our fleet includes 13, 24, 33, 34, 48, 54 and 61 seat coaches, so we can match the vehicle to the size of your group.
Do you provide wedding transport?
Yes. We run guest shuttles between your ceremony and reception venues and return shuttles at the end of the night. See our wedding bus hire page for details.
Which airports do you service?
We run group transfers to and from Ballina Byron Gateway Airport, Gold Coast Airport and Brisbane Airport (domestic and international). Pickups can be arranged at any time of the day. See airport transfers.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Byron Bay and operate across the Northern Rivers and hinterland, as well as transfers to the Gold Coast and Brisbane airports. For trips further afield, just ask.
Can you organise more than transport for our group?
Yes. For corporate retreats and group trips we can also help arrange accommodation, group meals, conference space, local tours and activities through our long term relationships with local providers. See corporate groups.

Are your coaches air conditioned?
Yes. All of our coaches are air conditioned and immaculately maintained.
How do I get a quote?

Is a deposit required?
A deposit is paid to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled within 90 days of the travel date are subject to 100% cancellation fees. Outside 90 days, payments are not refunded but may be held as credit for future travel. Please read our full cancellations and refund policy.
